MATERIAL: IRON ORE MINE, "CONCESSION FOR SALE"

Fe content: 63% - 65%

Area: 1000 to 2000 ha upon negotiation (there are several mines in the same area).

Reserve: 2.94 million MT confirmed by studies performed in 200 ha.

Price: USD 30 to 60 million upon negotiation depending on the land area (Concession valid until 2050 - 2058)

* Buyer of the concession will have all the rights to explore and commercialize the iron ore. We support the buyer to obtain all the necessary permits and certificates to export the product, as well as we provide all the necessary support for the operation.

* Buyer of the concession has to pay 6% of sales revenue of the product to the land-owner according to the relevant local law and the contract to be concluded with the land-owner.

* The mine site is located about 80km from Hermosillo port (Pacific coast).

* Documents of detailed study performed for 200ha land are available.
